Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

My husband was in a car accident in his truck...he apparently did not keep his insurance current. He is now in prison. I just received a letter from an attorney stating that since my name was also on the title that they are coming after me now for the insurance claim. How am I responsible?

you are not...only if you had control of the truck and knew he was a bad driver..etc..it is just a scare tactic..BUT if you have an insurance policy on any car..call them and give them the letter as they may want to defend you from any claim..
