Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Lien Liability

I lent $9,000 to a Texas LLC that rents pop-up campers to the general public. I received a promissory note and a first lien on a new camper as collateral. What is my liability if the camper is involved in a catastrophic accident. All renters must have liability insurance for the tow vehicle and the LLC has insurance

Be sure the insurance covers you..but it would be difficult for you to be liable..
