Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

i live in the state of texas and i would like to know if i get a above ground pool and do every thing that the state wants me to do can i be held responsible if some one trespass on my yard and drowns

This depends on the facts. Was the drowning victim a child? Was the pool fenced? Can you prove the victim was a trespasser?
