Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I got in a minor accident in Texas. The other driver was at fault for fail to yield. There was such minimal damage to the cars that we just exchanged information and I left without waiting for the police, whom she called. She called my home that evening and wanted to settle for cash, but I refused, since it was her fault. Now she has hired an attorney stating "personal injury". My question is, will I be at fault for not waiting for police? Both cars were perfectly drivable and no one was injured. I gave her all my information including home address, phone number, make model of car, driver's license number, license plate number, and insurance policy number.

Turn it over to your insurance company and tell them to defend you and do not worry about it.
