Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I work for a marina that was almost destroyed by a hurricane (Sept 2008). We came back to work the following week, however, I later found that our office manager applied for unemployment benefits, signing MY name to the questionnaire sent out by the state. I found the form she'd signed and hidden, and checked the fax machine activity report, she had faxed it in to TWC. I have strong reason to believe she also impersonated me on the phone with TWC, assuring them that she had indeed lost her job in order to obtain payments fraudulently. I turned this over to Texas Workforce Commission, but as yet, nothing seems to have been done and I continue to experience anxiety, stress, etc over being unwillingly involved in this scam. Do I have a case against her? I feel like this is always "looming" over me, and as a heart patient (heart attack in May 2009) should try to avoid stress whenever possible.
