Legal Question in Product Liability in Texas
What can you do if you find blood in your food container, in the bag ,on the napkins and reciept and you have eaten some of the food before you saw it?

See a doctor not a lawyer unless you are talking about some commercial outfit like a fast food place or restaurant, in which case you talk to the manager and if not satisfied with the answer a lawyer. This is not rocket science, just common sense.
