Legal Question in Product Liability in Texas

watered in fuel

i recently purchased bad fuel and ended up with a giant repair bill for my car . with the towing fee , repair and part replacement

a rental fee i am out of my pocket

a total around 2000.00 i have recieved a check for 663.00 today in the mail from insr company of station . what rights do i have as far as collecting my out of pocket expenses. do i wave any rights if i cash the check? please help

I assume you signed a release in order to get the insurance check. If that is the case, you already agreed on how to resolve this.
