Divorce is final. We need legal advice. I would like to buy out my wifes half of the community property and need to know the legal steps for this matter. This is for state of Texas. Thank You

I need to know what kind of community property. House? Car? Is it financed?

Normally, you can execute a post divorce contract with the spouse. If the property is financed in both names, you'll need to refinance in your name solely. Also, if it's real property, you'll need new title documents.
