Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Forged Signatures on Real Estate Contract

I discovered my signature on the ''Sellers Non Disclosure Statement'' had been forged. (Long story.) The Texas Real Estate Commission says that the forgery make the contract non binding. How does that leave me? The mortgage lender/holder company definitely falls under Predatory Lending. This has been reported to the local police fraud/forgery department. I have contacted various real estate attorneys but they either do not want to be involved or they are too expensive.
