Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

is it legal in texas to reposess a travel trailor 27 foot long which the man had signed a contract on to pay out at 300.00 per month, missed march, april anad may.... gave us a check for 650.00 on a closed account and then a few days later he moved the trailor to a new location in a different park by a different city....is this legal? What can we do?
