Legal Will

Do my spouse and I need to make a joint will since we both have adult children from previous marriages so that none of the children will be excluded?

What you do depends on how the first to die distributes his/her estate. If biological kids of the decedent are taken care of then, do separate wills. If not, a trust is more appropriate. History has shown that stepkids get the bad end of the deal if they're not taken care of up front.
