I just found out I have a lien on my home from a debt from a mobile home the house was refinanced in 9/2006. put only in my husbands because of my bad credit the lien was put on 1/2007 now we are relocating and selling our house . My question is can I still sell my house ?

The general answer is that you are free to sell your house, but you will not get any proceeds of sale until all of the valid liens are paid off. You may want to check with a title company to see for sure whether that lien will need to be paid off.
