Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

POA dues

Due to some financial problems I fell behind in the poa dues. The dues are 120 dollars a year. They said I could make payments of 29 dollars a month. I have been making these payments. I recieved a letter stating that I need to make fifty dollar payments or they were filing on me this month and charging me 107 dollars filing fee. Can they file on me if I have been making payments and what does filing on me pertain to? I live on social security and barely get by.

Re: POA dues

You'll need to read your agreement with them. If you don't have a written agreement with them, then you need one to prove your agreement exists.
