Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Providing care for grandmother & living in her home

I sent an email a while back in reference to a will being probated by one of the grandchildren. From the response that I got there is no way that my husbands grandmother will get her property back from her granddaughter, which had power of attorney over her and probated the will and put everything in her name....My question now is, my husband and I are living with his grandmother and taking care of her, she is 85 years old, what happens when she pass on? Can his sister just throw us and our child (14)out on the street? How long do we have to before we have to move out of the house since it is already in his sisters name? thank you for your help in this matter. If you need more information please feel free to email me.
