Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

This question is for a close friend... She is a great citizen, good mom, hard worker, etc - however she smokes marijuana (of which she always keeps locked away from her only child) and guns (ditto - a pistol and shotgun - this is Texas and she's single...) She has an ex-boyfriend who has been harassing her and has threatened to call his friend, who is a district attorney, and report that she has guns and drugs in her home. Of course she is terrified this will happen, which would involve CPS and a host of other problems. But I don't think it would be as easy as making a simple phone call and then the cops busting down your door. Surely there has to be probable cause beyond just a phone call, correct?

The ex-boyfriend is a liar and a bully (and an idiot). She should stop talking to him NOW - no communication whatsoever - delete his emails and texts.

He isn't going to call anybody, and she won't get into any trouble.
