Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I was selling a house for 3000, and someone ended up buying it for 1400, we told them they had to move it in 45 days and even wrote that on the reciept. they have not moved it, can i resell it!?

You do not own it so you cannot sell it. However, send them a letter by certified mail, return receipt requested advising them that they must remove the property by X date or you will have it removed at their expense. (Kind of like having a car towed off your property.)
