Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

when a widow remarries and leaves the home of her late husband, do the children then have any rights to the home? My Step mother pulled a fast one and filed a will that had been made in the 80's, around 1995 my father after having heart surgery made changes she filed the OLD will! She also weeks after he was buried went on a "trip" to Las Vegas with the attorney that filed the bogus will!

What can I do now she has remarried and is renting OUT the home that my grand parents bought and has been in our family since 1948!

Was the old will admitted for probate? Do you have a more recent will?
