Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas
appearance discrimination
I have been involved with my employer who I recently found out is also involved with another co-worker in our office. I have saved every single email he has ever sent to me, including a recent discrimination issue where he needed to hire a pretty girl and paid her double what our usual employees make. Do I have anything?
