Can a 19 year old woman in college file sexual harassments charges on a professor for exchanging words(no physical touching)?

Yes. Of course. Touching would be an entirely different matter, probably assault of some sort. Harassment is pretty much all about words.

What PRECISELY (to the best of your recollection) were the words exchanged?

If the words on paper don't make it clear, then tell me what about how they were said or what was said made it seem to you like it would fit under the category of harassment (sexual or otherwise)?

(The words themselves don't have to be sexual for there to be sexual harassment, by the way.)
