Legal Question in Social Security Law in Texas

dead line

my husband has been dead now for over 10 years. is it too late for me to collect benifits? I'm still working, now at 53years old I found myself needing help with hospital bills and supporting myself. Will i still get help.

If you didn't apply after his death, it's too late now. I'm not sure what benefits you're talking about. soc second benefits are minmal at best.
