Legal Question in Social Security Law in Texas

social security/child support
yes my father past away a few years ago and i feel like i got the shaft i dont think i got what i deserved becuase since i was born him and my mom had been divorced he was never around and didnt pay child support untill i was 15 and well he passed away awhile after that then i only got payed social security untill i turned 18 is there anything i can do there should be!?

You may be entitled to a portion of his estate if any. Contact the probate court where his will is probated.
