Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas

I was issued a citation for disorderly conduct (language) at a school. I was in my car with windows up so no one could hear my "foul language" except me. The vice principal saw my lips move and asked me to open windows and repeat what I said. I said, f_____ bitch. She said, I'll show you bitch, bitch. No other person was in vacinity. A school policeman came to my home three days later and wanted me to sign a citation, citing indecent conduct (language). I have not signed citation. Is this legal?

These charges are ridiculous. Don't sign anything. If you are actually given a citation, fight it all the way. Don't even enter a plea; object to the "law" to the extent that it violates the First Amendment.

And stop talking to vice principals.

And if another "school policeman" comes to your home, tell him to go f*** himself.
