Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
pile up on high way accident
if a person is in a pile up accident ,and had to crash to avoid a accident from hiting a other car,and the person that cause the accident for all 7 cars involed ,is he responsible for damages.

I guess the answer to your question depends on the location in the pile up of the person being asked.
My point is that there will always be differences of opinion based upon the perspective of the observer.
