Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

If an attorney draws up an original will and a different attorney makes changes to that same will, would the signing and notarization process have to be done all over again by the person whose will is being changed? Whose name would be documented on the front of the will as the creator of the will...the original attorney or the attorney making the changes?

If a will is changed, it either needs to be re-executed from the start, or a codicil would need to be executed, and the changes would be wholly contained in the codicil.

As for who's name is on the cover sheet, that's a matter of preference. No one has to put there name there.
