Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Contesting a Will!

My grandfather passed on 4/8/00. He left a will, and the will came across as if his wife, my grandmother was still alive, knowing if we knew she had past, he knew I would and my brother would contest the will. My brother and I were no where in his will, but our adopted brother was, well come to find out 2 days ago we found out our grandmother passed on 9-11-96. Do we have grounds for suit for wrongful non-disclosure to hide what is rightfully mine. is it to late to contest?

Re: Contesting a Will!

Not too late to contest but you will have the burden of proof that is not a valid last will and testament. You need to contact a good lawyer
