Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

What is the difference between property and estate? For example if someone left certain parts of property to two different children and then said that their estate be split 50/50-what is the difference? Which do buildings fall under? Is property just land and then estate everything else material?

Property includes real estate and personal property which is everything else, ie, jewelry, bank accounts, furniture etc...real estate includes land and all improvements on the land and whatever is under the land..etc...so u need a lawyer to probabe the will..and explain all this
