Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Estate Dispute

After 3years of stall tactics my parents estate (no will) has finally been assigned a recievor and ordered to be sold. What should I do to recoup some of the money I have spent for taxes and legal fees. Most of the beneficiaries have agreed to pay their fair share but a few have balked at anything logical or fair.

Re: Estate Dispute

You need to make sure that the executor of the estate receives the information regarding money you have spent for the estate. This may be done by way of a creditors claim, assuming the claim period has not expired.

Feel free to call my office if you want to discuss this further.

This is a question for your attorney, since you have legal fees you want reimbursed I assume you have one.
