Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My father was married twice, he had a total of 14 children. And did not leave a will We now want to sell his property, will it be split evenly between all his children, or does the first wife's children get more? She died first , he remarried, divorced from 2nd wife, and then he died.

They'd likely divide the property 14 ways, assuming all children are still living, and there are no deceased children.
