Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Form to use in living will.

The purpose is to specify disposition of properties to my own children and spouse in case of my death. I think it is call a Trust.

I understand medical forms are separate.

Thank you.

A Living Will, also called Directive to Physicians, is the document that says what to do in the event you are terminally ill. What you are looking for is a Living Trust. Of course a will also controls the disposition of your property and is probably less expensive, since Living Trusts usually start at about $2,000 and go up from there.
