Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
My grandson is an heir in my will. He has legally changed his name, different than stated in my will. Do I have to revise my will, changing his name?

It is not mandatory if the executor of your will knows what the grandson's name is, but I would recommend changing it for clarity's sake.
