Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My husband died without a will and our home was in his name. We were together over 30 years. How do I get the home in my name?

if he was never married before, it is yours..if he was and had children, you need to go thru probate asap...but you have a life estate..ie..no one can force you out..call us if you need help
