what kind of trust?
My partner and I are holding a large amount of foreign currency that we wish to gift to a trust before this currency revalues. The trouble is, we don't know what kind of trust to go with.

Neither does anyone else since you gave no indication of what you are trying to accomplish with the trust. You need to consult an attorney that specializes in trusts.
