Kinship and rights to inherit community property

Do the siblings of a deceased brother have any claim on community real property following the decease of his wife who, although having a will, made no specific bequeaths with regard to real property in her estate.

Your deceased brother's community property went to his wife, assuming he had no children. That then became her separate property. When she died, her property, real and personal, went to her devisees as set forth in her will.

So unless they were specifically metioned in her will as receiving property, the brother's siblings have no claim.
