land
My father passed away, he bought land in 1997. His wife lives there now. There is a will stating that all he has is left to us-me and my sister. Does she have any right to live on the land? Isnt it ours?When does she have to leave?

She may have a life estate in the land. That means she can live there until she dies. Contact an attorney to determine if that is the case.
