land, house and auto

a current will exists leaving land, home and autos to be divided among children. person that is leaving land, home and auto to children is still alive and has transfered land

and home deed and auto titles to one son. at the passing of this person will the will over-ride the transfer of land,

home and auto?

No. A will can only pass property owned by the deceased at time of death. The land, home and auto have been transferred. Those specific devises fail as a matter of law.
