I live in texas, my house is under my name life estate. can i see the house. it was under my husbands name and he passed away. when he died it shows my name life estate. Can i sell the house and who gets the money.

No, you cannot sell the house. You don't own it. You only have the right to live in it. If you want out, you need to speak to the remainder man (the person who gets the house upon your death.) You can sell the remainder of your life estate, but that interests automatically ends upon your death.
