Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
have lived with a man for 12 years, not legally married but was common law wife in the state of texas, he passed a year ago he had a house was left to him from his mother before i met him, also had 2 vehicles. Want to know if im entitled to any of the house or vechiles, he also had no will.

If you can prove the elements of a common law marriage, then yes. Also, did he have children?
