Original Will

In the state of Texas, what happens if you cannot find, or come up with an original Will,after a person dies? They can find an 2002 will, but the will was amended in 2005 and that will is missing

No will? Probate an application to determine heirship. The old will is void. The new will is presumed to be destroyed by the maker and therefore void.
