never recieved what my dad left me

my dad died and left his will for my sister as executator of will . we didnt't get along and didnt see each other for many years and still dont .and when my dad died i heard from my other sister they got stuff my dad left them but i was never contacted and never recieved what my dad wanted me to have. when i would try to call my sister she would refuse to talk to me . is this legal what she did ?

If you know where your father lived, that's where his will should have been probated. If it was probated, you can get a copy since it's now a public record.

Once you know what the will said, you can determine whether your sister has violated the terms of the will and her fiduciary duty (asssuming she's been named executrix) to you.

Until then you really don't know what your father left you. Or who was responsible to see that it was done.
