Registry Funds Withdrawal-non minor

How do I go about withdrawing funds from registry? I received an inheritance and the funds are deposited in the registry in my name. What form do I need to file?

It's called a Motion To Withdraw Funds. Ask the clerk if they have a good motion and order that you could use as a go-by. They can't give legal advise, but they sure can be helpful.

It depends on which registry. If it's in a court registry, then you need to look at the order placing the funds in there. The order should state if you can just provide id to the county clerk and no further action is necessary. Other courts require a motion and order (forms may be available online). Other registries, such as the Texas Unclaimed Property Registry, require sworn affidavits.
