Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Revocable trusts vs. wills and PODs

I know in Texas that PODs go around a will. Does this also apply to revocable trusts that state all properties, checking, savings accounts and insurances are to be equally split between two heirs?

Also, is it a conflict of interest for the attorney of record who wrote said trust to be retained by one of the beneficiaries to restrict access to information regarding this trust to the second party?

Thank you.
