Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

What are my rights to view an irrevocable trust that I may be the beneficiary of

While my family was out of town, an old friend of my -aunt's took her to a lawyer and had her put all her assets in an irrevocable trust that we aren't even sure who the beneficiary is. She is in very poor health and is not of sound mind (senile). We previously had power of attorney for her and even that has been taken away by this action. This person is not even a blood relative. What action if any can we take to view the trust document? Is there any chance of getting this overturned? He is abusing her (we have pictures) and we're not in control of her finances/medical care anymore. Any suggestions?

Speak with a probate lawyer in your town. Undue influence is not uncommon with older people, and the law does not permit one to take advantage of someone who is senile.

Local counsel can advise you concerning the legal steps which should be taken to correct the situation if it as you describe it.
