Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Can one spouse make changes to their own will and also to their spouses' will on their spouses behalf, to remove a beneficiary or change gifts or change the executor and trustees, etc, if the other spouse has alzheimer's?

You can change your own will if you are competent. You cannot change someone else's will, regardless of that person's competency.
