Transfer of Deeds
My husband is deceased and need to change the property title in my name. Looking for the correct form to file.

The correct document to clear the title depends on a host of factors. Specifically, I would need to know the following:
1. Did your husband have a will?
2. Are there estate debts?
3. Did your husband have children? If so, were all of his children from your marriage, or did he have children prior to your marriage?
4. What was the date of death?
5. Are there other assets aside from the property?
