Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My wife and I were both on the title to some property in Liberty Co. Texas. She passed away 7 yrs ago and left a Will but I did not get it Probated. I want to sell the property now and need to get clear title first. What do I have to do?

The statute of limitations has run on your ability to file the will for probate. You may be able to convince a judge to allow you to probate as a muniment of title only, but that is in the discretion of the court. There are a few other procedures available, but they are fact dependent. You should speak with a probate lawyer about this. It's not a DIY project.
