Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Will / deceased beneficiaries

My grandmother recently passed leaving a will. It states that ''all the rest and residue of estate I give devise and bequeath to'' her two daughters to share and share alike. They are also deceased. There are five remaining grandchildren. My question is, are the funds dispersed equally among the five or split in half (as if two daughters are still alive) and then divided among the families. Does the passing of my aunt and my mother nullify that wording of the will? Thank you!

Re: Will / deceased beneficiaries

You need to talk to a probate attorney who can review the entire Will.
