Hello

My father just recently passed away and now i must start taking care of his final business.I am the excutor. My dad has a revocable trust and also a will. Do i still need to take the will to be probated or as indicated in the will the revocable trust. All of his belongings,car.house etc. are in the trust. Am I required to read the will to my siblings or the revocable trust.

I'm sorry to hear about your father. As for your issue, the will is likely a "pour over" will. This means that any assets not titled to the trust, such as recently acquired assets, or assets that he simply forgot about, will now tranfer to the trust. It is likely that you will need to probate this will. If the RLT was done correctly, and the estate adminsitered correctly during his lifetime AND no one fights you on the probate process, then this should go smoothly.
