Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

diagnosis & injury doesn't match

My husband fell of a truck while on the job & injured his back. The designated doctor(who never examined him-PA saw him)listed it as back strain.MRIs show bulging disc in upper & lower back.He also has head trauma.A doctor who rated his impairment gave him a 0% & told me he was at age to retire & just needed to retire then put in his report that it was age related problems. Before his fall he could do anything and now he can't do anything. They have cut his money off and the adjuster can not be reached to talk to.Please advise us.

Re: diagnosis & injury doesn't match

If you want help, Call us now. we handle Texas work comp cases and the DD report must be disputed NOW..call DWC and the insurer to dispute the DD. Your husband should be entitled to SSD or social security disability...call the local office in your area and get his social security started..and we will help on that. We can fax you a packet to get this all started but your rights may be lost if you do not act.
