As you have obtained your law degree from England, you should be able to get Bar membership. I am not 100% sure though but if you have been admitted in UK Bar, then it will be easy to get enrolled in India as well. I suggest you to contact the state bar (where you would like to practice) which will guide you with more specific details. All the best.

Please apply to your state bar council. If the institute from which you have studied law is recognised by Bar Coundil of India, then you'll have no problems other wise go back to England for practicing law there.

First thing you have to check/confirm the recognition of University (from where you have completed LL.B) by Bar Council of India.

Then you have to decide the state in which you want to practice law. Apply with the Bar Council of the State in which you want to practice. For that all you need is copies of your certificates.
