Need more facts. What type of accident? How many cars involved? Any alchohol involved? Who's fault was it? Were you injured?
The general answer to you question is you need to report the accident to your insurance carrier. They will interview you on tape. If you were hurt, ask your carrier for a no-fault application so you can get medical treatment. This must be done within 30 days of the accident.
